In choosing our haybol or retirement home for going-back-to-my-hometown plans, why do we need to consider housing and village archetypal and social designs? Pati na din po, for most of our known well off abroad friends and classmates (from the Mapúa University (MIT)) the Filipinos going back home, yes including middle-income family, they don't look for the redefining the wheel on purchasing house and lot inside known or upcoming villages.
