Optimizing your sales landing page (SLP) for search engines is the cornerstone of long-term success, and it's not as daunting as it may seem.
By optimizing your SLP for search engines, you can achieve the following benefits:

Improve your website's search engine ranking on Google and other local real estate marketplaces in the Philippines
Increase the number of clicks your SLP receives by potential clients

To determine the best keywords to include in your sales landing page, follow these four steps and keep a record of your industry keywords in a document or spreadsheet:
Identify the key services you offer and the benefits they provide.
Research the keywords and phrases commonly used by your target audience when searching for real estate properties.
Determine the relevance and competitiveness of each keyword or phrase.
Use a combination of highly relevant and moderately competitive keywords in your SLP.
Here are four steps to help you determine the best keywords to include in your sales landing page. Write down your industry keywords in a document or spreadsheet so that you can continue to reference them.
Keyword exercise (15–30 minutes lang po), an SEO quick pick
Identify your audience.
Think about what your sales site is about, in this page and case, it's your real estate / property selling website on your name and who will gain the most from visiting your site, reading your blog, or watching your TikTok videos. Brainstorm the search terms that these people would use in order to find your site.
Choose your main keyword.
Pick a keyword that you think is the most relevant to your intended market segment. This is usually your high-level item (i.e. Family-oriented neighbourhood, Intelligent with AI for a Condo Living, Backyard apartment, holistic developing community, etc.)
Generate related keyword ideas.
Search for your main keywords on Google using an SEO tool like the Keyword Surfer Chrome plugin to get a large list of related keywords you can incorporate into your SLP. The plugin does a great job of giving you both keyword ideas and their search volume, which will help you understand what people are interested in housing.
Bonus keywords Use our Marketplace Insights (requires a subscription) tool to search your specific market segment as at 2023 and identify any RESA-specific keywords and modifiers (beginner’s, commercial, ultimate). Jot down some of the keywords used most in JMI (JA Marketplace Insights) search.
As you perform this exercise, pay attention to the following:
What web pages are showing up first?
Tip: try to find keywords where the top search results are similar to your own website.
How are the titles/headlines formatted?
What keywords or modifiers are used?
What makes you want to click through?
How does your site compare to similar sites?
