It came to me as early as Y2K, that I'm driven to share my knowledge and empower learners to achieve their goals. While teaching lets me share my experience, online teaching gives me the flexibility to do so at a global scale and at my own convenience.

As an online instructor, by profession I am an Engineer, I benefit from the available global learner (data) base. Developed marketing programs and promotional tools helps me expand my reach. Even before I publish industry-specific course, the  tools (like Marketplace Insights) help me identify relevant topics that are in-demand and guide me to create engaging online courses for my intended learners — those individuals whom I think will benefit most from what I have to teach.

I own my content.

Anyone is welcome to share his/her knowledge on any related topic with the exception of those noted on our list of restricted topics. With the Philippine online marketplace, I create and own my content, which means I can host the same content elsewhere, and I may also upload any courses or content that I’ve already created.

Teach my way.

Teaching online gives me an opportunity to potentially reach learners and clients from around the world from the comfort of my home. Teaching allows for the flexibility to teach from anywhere, anytime.

Teaching gives me additional earning potential. I am looking forward to be able to leave day time job to teach full time. It’s free to create and publish a course, and I earn revenue share for every paid enrollment. I pay my local taxes accordingly upfront.

As an instructor, I have the flexibility to offer my course for free (if it’s under 2 hours) or for a price my audit-group set — and I have the option to promote my course with partner platform's promotional pricing.
